Unable to say how GRATEFUL I was to discover it wasn't arthritis, old age, etc. I FORGOT to take DIM for a couple weeks and voila' the pain subsided until within 10 days I was/am completely free of pain that stayed with me since I began taking it. That too failed to work, nor did large amounts of water to try & flush it out. Began taking Juniper Berries, thinking perhaps it was uric acid buildup. It kept me up at night 'all night' with severe pain in that knee, worse upon getting up, or after lying/sitting down.
